Thank you for choosing the Portsmouth Neuropsychology Center. Due to high demand for our neuropsychology evaluations, we have instituted a deposit requirement in order to minimize no-shows and late cancellations which prevent us from offering such time slots to other patients.

Please complete the information in the portal to make your deposit and to confirm your evaluation time.

Unless you process your payment within 24 hours of booking, we will release your appointment. Once paid, your deposit is NOT refundable unless you provide our office at least 10 business days of advance notice prior to your appointment. To cancel your appointment, you must call our office at (603) 433-0800.
